    Brooklyn Collective 2-Hour Workshop
    This workshop begins with a seated meditation, followed by a Pop Up Tiny Story Hour exercise, where everyone will pull a prompt from a hat and briefly share an anecdote from their lives that the prompt inspires. Learn more about the power of personal narrative and writing in real life, in real time, in a group setting, along with a writing exercise with time to share your story.

    Catskill Honey & Tea Tasting with Local Honey Sommelier

    This tasting class will sharpen your senses and give you a strong foundation and deeper understanding of honey. We will explore the difference in colors, smells, textures, and tastes of 4 different local Catskill honeys. We will use the honey tasting wheel and color chart to evaluate each type. Since bees are such wonderful pollinators, participants will get to pair their favorite honey with a wild foraged/herbal tea.

    Neverlost Adventures

    Hemlock Neversink has partnered with Neverlost Adventures to bring you mountain bike experiences on private trails in the middle of the Catskills. Offering consist of beginner adventures on wide, mostly smooth trails that allow you to stop and take in all the beauty of the property. For the more experienced riders that are looking for more of a workout while on their ride we offer different tempo/ effort rides that can add elevation and difficulty levels of trails. There is also everything in between. When you sign up for this activity just let us know your skill level and your intentions for your ride.
