Our award winning culinary team will work in partnership with our couples, designing menus that harness seasonal flavors and high quality ingredients from our area.

Large Affairs (Up to 150 guests)
Site Fees start at: $18,000 + $50 per person rental fee during Peak Dates (Spring, Summer & Fall)

Food & Beverage Minimum: Starting at $35,000 + reception pricing starting at $200 per person, which includes a 3 -hour standard open bar.

Small Affairs: (Up to 120 guests)
Site Fees start at: $8,000 + $50 per person rental fee during Off-Peak Dates (Winter & Early Spring)

Winter Weddings in Upstate New York

When the crowds thin and the first snow settles over our 230 acres, Hemlock becomes something rare: a winter wedding venue in upstate New York where the entire weekend happens under one roof, or around one bonfire. The Movement Building hosts ceremonies and receptions indoors year round, with soaring wood ceilings and a stone fireplace at its heart, while the spa, sauna, and fireside cocktails keep your guests warm between the vows and the last dance.

Winter is also our most intimate season. Up to 120 guests can celebrate with us from December through March, which makes it the right fit for a micro wedding or a smaller affair where every face at the table is one you know. In peak season, the movement studio holds up to 150 with a dance floor, and a tented celebration on the property can go up to 200, though the tent itself isn't included in our site fee. But a winter weekend at Hemlock is the version of this place we love most: quiet, candlelit, and entirely yours.

Because Hemlock is a weekend wedding experience, your guests stay on property in our 33 rooms rather than scattering to hotels down the road. Wake up to snow on the hemlocks, spend the morning in the spa or on a winter walk through the grounds, and gather again by the fire. It is a wedding and a getaway in one, two hours from New York City.
