We draw strength and restoration from nature. Where treatments come from the soil, water and plants around us to heal, invigorate and unwind. Where water soothes our soul and stillness gives us energy.

Overnight guests are invited to use all spa facilities throughout their stay. Day guests are welcome to enjoy all the amenities of our spa when booking a spa treatments or indulging in a day pass.

  • Unwind and enjoy full access to our spa amenities with an Amenities Pass. This pass grants you access to our indoor pool, saunas, steam room, hot tub, and fully equipped gym, allowing you to relax, recharge, and move at your own pace.

    Whether you’re looking to soak, sweat, swim, or stay active, the Amenities Pass offers the perfect opportunity to enjoy our wellness facilities for the day in a tranquil setting.

  • Appointments
    We highly recommend making advance reservations to secure your preferred treatment and the desired appointment time. Our hotel and spa facilities are for guests 16 & up.

    Arrival Time
    Relax and take advantage of the sauna, hot tub, indoor pool, gym, and steam room at Hemlock Spa for the entirety of your stay or day pass. Please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to ensure your session will start on time. This gives us time to help familiarize you with the facilities and allows you to relax before your experiences begin. Please note all treatments end on time, regardless of start time.

    Attire
    You will receive a robe and sandals to wear between treatments, and a locker for your personal belongings. We ask that you please leave jewelry and valuables in the hotel room. You may choose to use the locker room of your preference upon arrival:

    Women’s, Men’s, or the All-Gender locker room, which provides additional opportunities for changing in private. Our therapists are highly trained in draping procedures to ensure your complete privacy; however, if you prefer, undergarments may be worn during treatments. The use of robes, towels, or bathing suits for modesty while in the public lounges is required.

    Quiet Zone
    We kindly ask that you maintain a quiet and peaceful atmosphere in the spa to respect the relaxation of other guests. In consideration of creating a tranquil environment, we kindly request that you silence or power off your electronic devices when within the spa area.

    Health Information
    Please inform our therapists of any health conditions, allergies, or special considerations before your treatment to ensure your safety and comfort.

    Cancellation Policy
    If you need to cancel or reschedule, please give at least 24 hours notice of cancellation to avoid full charge.
