    Reset & Revive Weekend

    Last Weekend of Each Month

    Join us for a transformative retreat, happening on the last weekend of each month. Whether you’re looking to reset or revive, these special retreats are designed to recharge, refocus, and reconnect. Enjoy curated workshops and expert-led experiences that are included in your stay, adding an extra layer of depth to your weekend. Step into a space of renewal and set your intentions for a balanced, vibrant year ahead.

    For the retreat experience, we recommend booking our 3-night, 4-day package, which includes $400 of spa credits to enhance your weekend. Activities begin on the Friday of each weekend and continue through Monday.

    Revive Weekends
    Dance your troubles away during these fun-packed long weekends. Let out your inner youth with Tie Dye and Hula Hooping 101 classes that will have you moving to the groove. Ecstatic Dancing and Dance Hikes will have you grinning from ear to ear. We believe being happy, being playful and having some fun is at the core of wellness. Sample Itinerary.

    Reset Weekends
    Breathe easy and absorb the healing vibes as we create a grounding space for you to reconnect, recharge and find your inner balance. These weekends will help you restore your mind and body with transformative experiences like breath- work sessions for sleep health and a Sound Bath experience designed to focus on meditation and stress reduction.     Join Erin Dudley by the hearth for a weekend of collective care, where we will fill our cups, warm our hearts, and kindle hope for the season ahead. As we move into the holidays, let’s come together in reflection, connection, joy, and a shared intention for peace.

    Intentional Practice Through Time and Space
    At the heart of Erin’s approach to movement practice is the belief that depth arises from spaciousness. All yoga classes are 90 to 120 minutes in length—not to increase intensity, but to allow time for a fully integrated practice. Within this extended format, following full attention to our bodies' needs, we will prioritize breathwork, meditation, and deep rest, ensuring that each session supports the nervous system and cultivates embodied awareness.

    Classes draw from multiple lineages and include:
    • Vinyasa Flow — dynamic, breath-linked movement
    • Yin Yoga — slow, passive holds targeting connective tissue
    • Restorative Yoga — supported postures for deep relaxation
    • Rope Wall — spinal decompression and traction-based support
    • Alignment-based Postural Yoga — precise, form-focused instruction

    This is a practice framework designed to honor both the philosophical and physiological dimensions of yoga, nurturing resilience, clarity, and inner spaciousness.
